Netflix has finally released an app that allows the iPhone 4 to stream movies directly to it. You can stream any available movie or show to your iPhone 4 or iPod Touch over a 3G connection or Wifi, but if you use the 3G expect to wait for the movies to buffer every now and then.
The app is free to download but you have to have a Netflix subscription (starting at $8.99 per month). The app allows you to add movies to your queue for instant viewing but not to shuffle your dvd list or add new ones, something that may be added eventually.
So the question remains, when will Netflix release an Android app so we can stream movies to our Droid X’s and watch them on a tv through the HDMI out port?
